  Meaning nobody's tried or it won't?  Presuming it just hasn't 
been touched, it's just a matter of putting fuel in it and 
cranking to start.  It should self prime.  It's MUCH easier 
on the starter to get fuel pulled or blown through the line 
and filter first though and to pull the return and or inlet 
connections and fill the pump. It'll take MUCH less cranking 
that way.  ;-)
