[Vwdiesel] Stuck rear shock bolt

Fairly common. What happens is it rusts to the inner part of the shock
mount. The shock itself is metal, there is a rubber bushing, then another
metal spacer for the bolt to slide through. I've seen quite a few, the
description for cutting off the head is usually what we do. Then, cut the
other side off, right even with where it goes into the axle tube. We use a
sawzall for this. Then, pry the outer portion of the mount (the steel where
the bolt head has been cut off) out very gently and slightly. This should
give you room to remove it.
