[Vwdiesel] low voltage to gauges

Dave,

Check the circuit board for burned circuits. Also the most common culprit of 
falling gauges is the small voltage regulator on the back of the cluster. It 
is black, screwed into the IC, and has three prongs. About $5 from most 
suppliers. We carry them at the shop, so you should have no trouble finding 
one.
