[Vwdiesel] low voltage to gauges

  Pull the instrument cluster and check voltage to 
it compared to something like the lighter.  If that 
compares well then replace the voltage regulator 
(stabilizer).  AFTER that check your other issues.  
Seems like one common issue but it easily could 
be more than that.  Check your body ground from 
the battery, alt, or engine, depending on where 
your car has it/them.
