[Vwdiesel] Rebuilt IP / Engine Won't Start

Those numbers sound ok for a cold engine with new rings.

When it runs, does it sound like the timing is off? Could be you've skipped a tooth, or the cam 
sprocket has slipped. I'd double check timing, and watch for air in the fuel line. I've only done 
one full rebuild with new rings, and it fired up right away... but the IP wasn't rebuilt, and I 
primed the fuel system first.
