[Vwdiesel] Rebuilt IP / Engine Won't Start

Thanks Shawn,
The timing is spot on. After a couple of hundred revolutions the pump,
crank, and cam still are perfectly aligned.

I actually had the engine running well after I installed new pistons, but
then the pump leaked. The hard start/rough idle, NO acceleration issue only
happened after the new IP pump.

Again: I can get it to idle with the idle screw all the way out, but ANY
throttle kills the engine.

Bill L.
