[Vwdiesel] OK, half-assed oil change

I would just change the oil and filter.  If you MUST run what you have for a
while, get a 5 dollar can of GM engine oil supplement and dump that in.  It
has anti shear additives (ZDDP), that should help protect the camshaft until
you get to changing it.
