[Vwdiesel] vw bus engine in a JD lawn tractor

With all the aftermarket options and everything else for VW aircooled
engines, just because an engine never came carbureted in the US doesn't
mean that it can't be the engine on that lawn mower.

If that's a TypeIV engine, then it'll have a spin-on filter mount cast
into the left-hand side of the engine (facing the fan).

Type 1 engines (upright) came in Beetles, Ghias and Buses(Type 2) and
were modified for flat "pancake" operation in Type 3s
(Square/Notch/Fastbacks). TypeIV/Type 4 engines came in the Type 4,
obviously, and in the Type 2s starting sometime in the seventies.

Looks to me like a Type 3 engine, from the pics.
