[Vwdiesel] Retorquing ARP racing studs

In my recent rersearch,  stretch bolts yield initially at around  110 - 
115lb ft
Further stretch seemed nearer 95 -105 lbft. No point going beyond bolt's 
yield point [maybe good reasons for not ;o)...] Thus whilst carefuly 
watching for yield points  I only stretch torqued in 45 deg units rater than 
90 deg.
Digging out some early metallurgy books, I discovered releasing a  bolt and 
then restretching, actually hardens it and increases lb footage available 
[slightly]...
