[Vwdiesel] Sticky parking brake

  The most probable cause is that after doing the brakes, the lever 
sits differently than muscle memory is used to.  You drop it a distance 
you are or aren't used to, let go of the button a smidge early and it's 
resting on the first click instead of fully released.
  If it's like the earlier brakes, you might want to slack up the cables 
a turn or two.  Shouldn't need to lube the shaft other than if it simply 
needs it.  The lever should give adequate leverage to fully disengage 
the brakes unless it's hanging up "past" the lever, then it's getting to 
cables or in the wheel area.  Disc brakes I presume?
