Reply to David Ross. The Bosch injection manual DID print. It was the link that had all the rebuild pictures that I was unable to reprint. I previously has trouble with  printing it & other PDF format attachments but was finally able to solve it by downloading a new version of Adobe Acrobat reader # 9. I forwarded the attachment of the Bosch injection manual received from you  at the request of Brian G. I hope the attachment goes thru to him.
