  Exactly why a rebuild is around $400 instead of $150!  Ok, I'll 
get off my soapbox!  ;-)  MY life is too busy for shortcuts anymore 
so I like things done at least close to right. Otherwise it catches 
back up with you, usually at some really inopportune time!
