Installed an extra grounding strap per suggestions but didn't help. After the third try, it did start & ran well so I let it warm up. Turned it off & couldn't restart it. I have the IP pushed as far towards the engine block as possible. Suspect the timing is still to retarded & the mark on the flywheel may be off. Will try to advance it by moving the timing belt back one cog on the IP so there is more room to advance the IP. Comments please.
