[Vwdiesel] Oil flow problem??

You need to pull the timing belt cover off and look at it. No amount of
speculation can replace visualization.
Belt definitely slipped on the intermed shaft. Figure out why is the
question.
Is the t-belt wet with oil from a recent seal failure?
Is the tensioner failing due to bearing failure? If so, engine failure
follows the belt coming off/apart.
Intermed shaft pulley can also fail.
Check it now.
Beats walking.
