He actually allows the pump to supply more fuel throuout the rev  
range.  The stock injection pump tends to not be able to keep up.   
This is where the extra power comes from.  From what I've heard, his  
mods make a gigantic difference in performance, much more than simply  
turning up the fuel screw.
