[Vwdiesel] OT: Keeping Silicone sealant "fresh"

Cover the tip, naturally, but also smear some grease, nay, smear some of the 
silicone around the 'non sealing' sealing edge around the back of the tube.
This plunger distorts under the massive pressure when using, [if it ever 
really sealed], and a little silicone back flows into the distortion wedging 
it open.
 Easy to break away again when reusing....
