[Vwdiesel] Is my turbo shot? broken? or should I look elsewhere?

I had the same synthoms, that buzzing sound, then it transformed into
vibration, turbo has a broken axle. Take a look at it, you could taka away
the intake rubber tube and check that it´s ok. also change tha air filter.
