[Vwdiesel] Coolant system rebuild and AC fix on 92 Eco Diesel

You keep going back and forth, but just to make sure you have it
straight - the condenser is near the radiator and the evaporator is
inside the passenger compartment. The condenser gets hot and the
evaporator gets cold.
