I've seen the same behavior - overflowing when parked on a significant slope
during a good rain. Maybe you could also locate the rear drains and make
sure they are open as well, as that will give you more drainage flow.
I've also heard about pouring some kind of disinfectant down the drain to
clear out anything that might be growing. However use caution with any
mechanical method as you might hole or disconnect the hose - it's just a
friction fit.
