[Vwdiesel] Think I can tow my boat with my golf? PS

Forgot to mention what I think about when I hook up my trailer. I try to 
tow in a state of mind that reminds me of the risk I have decided to take.

I now have a driverless vehicle tailgating me 6 inches off my trunk....and 
except for a few small differences, we just locked bumpers.

And there is nothing I can do to control the behavior of all vehicles and 
their partially impaired drivers, (including people talking on cell phones) 
coming at me at their speed plus mine, about two feet to my left....plus an 
assortment of deer, dogs, bikers and joggers that share my right of way.

And I have to be able to stop in about 100 feet in order to avoid killing 
either myself or the other party. Forget the survival of the vehicles.

So keep these things in mind as you decide about being the guy with the 
trailer, or the guy who decided to do it some other way.
