> Two plus days of fighting with this injection pump. Well off and on but still running out of ideas. I just can't get the cog pulley off. On this Kubvan there is only two inches between the pulley and the side panel. I tried going from wood wedges to home made puller and than onto more violent methods but the dang thing will not release. I know the pump must have been off once before by a PO as the retaining bracket for the inner and lower mounting bolt was not under the rear bolt. I guess the shaft/pulley bolt was over torqued and this thing is really planted on the taper.
