[Vwdiesel] On the off chance--Bentley CD question

My Windows box died, and I'm running a system I couldn't get Windows to work on, so I'm using Linux.  Has anyone happened to get the ^@#* Bentley CD to work in that?  When I called up Bentley and asked about Linux, I was about as popular as herpes.  I don't see why it should make any difference, I could rarely get it to work in Windows either.  The installation CD I have is the older version, too, so it's just an unholy mess.  

Sigh.  Seems like every time I need to work on the car, I spend more time trying to get the Bentley fixed than I do the car.  

eBahn Reader Ver. 2.5.  I paid to upgrade it, but it's on the other, dead box.  Currently running Ubuntu Linux.  I tried the Wine Windows emulator, but no dice.  

I probably just need to fix the Windows box and deal with it, but I'd rather fix the VW.
