[Vwdiesel] Ignition switches

I had an ignition switch go bad on my B-4 passat....installed a push
button start ..problem solved.

I then used a screw drive to get the car going, after that I'd put the switch and screw driver in the glove box. The new starting procedure was unlock steering column plug switch in start car & drive off. I always kept a spare switch in the glove box after that.
