My son and I are having a visual problem with my 82 Jetta. He thinks that the wheel gap on the front end is much too large and that there may be something wrong with the struts or springs on the car. Here is where you can help. If you are running 14" wheels on your A1, please measure the wheel gap with a ruler and let me know what you get. It does look like a huge gap on my car but my son is used to lowered cars so he doesn't have a sense of what "normal" gap is and I really don't have anything to compare it to. Thanks for the help.
