  Remove the "OUT" banjo bolt and fill through that hole.  There's a restrictor hole in that bolt that'll keep you from filling it without removing that bolt (in any reasonable amount of time anyway!)

How do I do this? I tried to suck it thru the pump by placing filtered line in 
ottle of ATP and connecting to the input and then putting mityvac on output and 
umping it. Did not work.Tried to use a syringe to fill thru the input, nope.
