[Vwdiesel] Hot to fill injection pump when it is off the car.

If you replace the OUT bolt with a spare IN bolt, the stick the fuel INlet
in the bottle and pull a vac on the OUTlet it will work even easier than
trying to pour it in.  I'm trying to come up with a reason to fill the pump
one the bench, tho...  Are you wanting to store the pump with it full?
