So much for the locked up cables idea. Out here in California I've never seen the level of oxidization you guys must be dealing with. Out of my league.

Soooo... yesterday I tried out freeing up mine, like I said I'd try.
fun.
Had to move the car anyway, I'm building a bin very near where it was sitting.
Applied, bfh and air hammer with the wheel off.
nothing.
Trick is, you don't get much to turn on with the rim off, so good luck with that. I put in one lug bolt, wedged a prybar about 3' long between it, and the snout on the brake drum. bent the lug bolt, but was able to get it to turn reluctantly to get a bolt hole lined up enough to pop the adjuster wedge up. Then it was good. Repeat for other wheel. Lotsa bending on the lug bolt, so be prepared for a sacrifice, but it's necessary to break it free it seems, unless you drill some holes in a piece of flat to bolt on more than one.

I mean really apply the bfh. Rust just pours out like water when the air hammer is going too :) If it breaks, it was going to anyway.
