Smog Check problem


My '85 5000T did not pass the smog check this morning. 
The mechanic said that I should leave the car for him to
find out what the problem was. I was in a hurry, so I 
could not leave my car there.

Here is the result of that smog check. May be some of
us can help. Thanks.
