I am a relative newbie to this newsgroup, so I'm not familiar with any 
standing procedures, etc.  I saw a posting that said the net wouldn't be 
interested in hearing about somebody's TQC.  I, for one, *would* like to 
know what things have been tried and tested, so I'd be interested in know-
ing this about all of the TQC's owned by subscribers.  I was wondering if 
there is a way for each owner to provide some information about their car 
that can be easily scanned, and then questions could be handled with direct 
e-mail.  Perhaps separate lists could be prepared for each model if needed 
(I don't know how many owners are subscribed).  I'm not set up with Mosaic 
& the WWW, so my accessability is a little weak.  Is there something like 
what I am suggesting already in existence?  Is there any interest in set-
ting up something like this?  I'm interested in: motor & suspension up-
grades, tire types used with subjective evaluation, major service items 
(especially if the work was done by the owner), etc.
