The central one, in particular, is prone to take time to unlock if there's any 
strain on it.  The main cause is a difference in front/rear effective rolling 
radius - check that the front and rear tyres are actually the same type, 
pressure and wear level.

Otherwise, two hundred yards is not that big a deal.  Remember the 50kph limit 
until they unlock, though.
