Regarding all the concern about thread locking compounds,
I have a friend who is the account manager for Locktite
with Chrysler. He will ( I think ) probably be willing
to cross reference any thread locking compound i.e. if you
can get the German part number of the Audi compound.

Regarding the bearing removal, someone one the net mentioned
that Zelinda had a tool that  worked great for removing
some of the front suspension bearings.
