Marty,

I purchased a new replacement window regulator and motor 
assembly for my 86 5000CS T from Halsey Import Parts in 
Portland, OR at 1-800-792-0081. The cost was around $135. Halsey didn't 
stock the part but ordered it from a supplier in California. The new 
regulator was a different design than the original cable and pulley 
arrangement but works fine. The same company may make a replacement for 
the 4000 cars.
