Many moons ago I posted a note about the MMC radios developed by Philips 
Germany for Audis.

That particular radio (the 944) has seventy memories - the successor has about 
ninety.  Neither require a memory power supply - Philips guarantees the 
memories will hold their contents for ten years without power.
