Okay, I'll bite. You mean the 12-point, triple-square bit, right? Why not 
just one? Different lenghts? Excessive wear? Would help to pick out the grit
and sludge in the head of those bolts- and replace them ($.39 at Strano's).

Gee, if they wear out that bad, might be worth it to buy those lifetime
replacement brands. I got two of the Snap-Ons (paid "used" prices). They
do seem to round-out easy.
