Just a post to those of you using the ethenol blended petrols....  Stop
it....  Like mobil premium, most SU2k blends (for other reasons O2 fuel),
lots of the generic fuels....  These fuels contain ethanol/methanol octane
enhancers....  This stuff can cause you problems when running higher than
stock boost pressures......  Also, Bosch does not recommend (but doesn't
publish for fear of lawsuit I'm sure) these blended fuels, in fact I'm
thinkin there is a little note in your manual on this....  The REASON is that
they notice some interesting detergent properties on the CIS based injection
components, like the blends were eating the internal components of the FI
system (one way to more flow i guess....  Naw!!!).....  Not a good idea, keep
an eye on those pumps guys, watch for that little sticker (and mobil hasn't
been bragging for years), run good gas especially if you have the CIS FI with
Boost mods, you could be looking at an expensive 4 ringed extravaganza.......
