Electronic climate control

A few people who respnded to my question asked for more info.
It seems as if the ECC is stuck in defrost mode.  No matter what mode
that I put it in it seems to be in defrost.  I choose auto, econ, bilev, and nothing seems to change.  Air only comes out the defrost area.  This is regardless if I am using cool or hot air.  It does spit out the right temperature air!
