Visor droop & Clicking noise

I need help/information with two problems concerning my recently 
purchased 1988 5K CS TQ. There
is this clicking noise that originates from a small black box 
behind/upper right of the glove box. It 
appears to be related to the climate control, if I remove the fuse 
for the climate control the clicking 
stops. Otherwise it generally clicks whether or not the climate 
control is on or off (very annoying !!). 
Has anyone else run into this problem? Second, both sun visors droop, 
passenger side more then the
drivers side (also very annoying !!). Is this fixable??
