Glen..

Is your throttle, primary or secondary, stuck open a hair???  Try manually
closing them from in the engine compartment even tho they look closed.
It's probably the secondary because the idle switch is still closed and
thinks you're coasting downhill, so it shuts the fuel off at 2k.  Would
this be the wife's ride that you've been blasting around with the secondary
wide open looking for urq parts?  Mum's the word.
