How to remove front bumper cover for a '91 100 (5k :)

Well just found out the wife's 100 got a bad dent on the front bumper cover.
The wife pleaded innocent so I guess I just have to accept that :).

Saw an old post from Zafer about bumper removal for a '87 5k, I looked at the
bumper cover and guess Audi hasn't changed much since '86 for the front 
bumper.  However, Zafer mentioned that the turn signal lenses are attached 
to the cover which I found aren't, is that the only difference ?

Any idea how much is for a color coodinated front bumper cover ?  Guess I
should call around.
