that poor old 84 4000sq

A couple of months ago I posted about that rusting, parked-forever
84 4000sq I found really cheap.  I ended up passing on it over a 
couple of hundred bucks since I knew that there would be some major
time lost in the garage (actually, my wife insisted).
Anyway, I stopped by the house the other day just on a whim, and
sure enough, it's still there.  I left the guy a note to call me, and
he left me a voice mail yesterday.

So... if I decide to pass on this, is anyone else interested?
84, 145k, rust/rot on some lower panels (rockers), almost mint
interior (chocolate), engine runs, new rear exhaust (Leistritz)
but busted resonator and no catalytic converter.

Price is well under $1000 in present condition.
