Help! Need your advise on a 93 Audi 100CSQ Deal! Like Yesterday!!

Hello Fellow Audi Junkies,

I'm new to your group and proud to be a member! OKay, enough  
sucking up. Yesterday I posted the following message:

- a fellow Audi enthusiast. My name is Joe and I live in Cleveland
- Ohio. I've owned Audi's for the past 6 years. Last night I looked 
- at a 1993 forest-green Audi 100 CS Quattro at a local dealership.
- It had the Audi/Bose stereo system, Keyless entry, automatic
- transmission, Leather, NO TRIP-COMPUTER :-(, environmental control
- system, and 60K miles(!). It was leased from, and returned to, this
- same dealership. They've done all the maintenance. The high mile
- have come from trips back and forth between Cleveland and
- Pittsburgh.

- I have two simple questions, please.

- What is the wholesale/blue-book value for this car?
	(please take into account millage)
- What should I pay/offer for this car?

Like a bonehead, I didn't subscribe to the mailing list until about  
an hour or so afterwards. I did get one reply, thanks Peter A. I've  
got a HOLD on this car and I'm going Saturday to negotiate the  
final price and the value of my trade-in, A beet-up 84 4Ks 5spd  
w/145K miles. I know, it's not worth much.

I need every bit of advise I can get!!!!!

Its got 60K miles, what should I be concerned with??
	Brakes
	Shocks ( how do I check these on the lot?)
	Others?

We are at a price of about $22K at this point. What issues could I  
use to bring the price down even more?
