I have an even better reason why to pull the fill plug first. 'Cause if you
remove the drain plug first and can't remove the fill plug, your SOL. This
way, you can make sure you can fill it back up again.

Just look for any sort of a liquid transfer pumps. I bought mine at Walmart
in the Automotive section. It works OK. Cost about $5. I have heard of
some guys using windshield washer pumps, or anything else that will pump
liquids.
