Buy youself a can of Bug n Tar Remover, made by Turtle Wax. Follow the
directions on the can. I've found this to be quite effective in removing
freshly dried paint, or paint from another car that has scraped against
yours. It will not harm your paint. It is a non-abrasive solvent. In fact,
I find it extremely useful in removing road grime and dirt film that won't
come off with washing. Of course it will remove dead bugs and tar too.
Wash the car first before using it. Its a great product to use on any
car once a year before waxing.

No association with Turtle Wax.
