Handling question

This is my first post, so please by gentle.  :)

My first Audi, '83 5ks, had good handling characteristics.  It was shy on HP
and top end speed but a smooth ride and great cornering.  Currently, I drive
an '86 5ks.  It suffers from "more than I like" body-roll while cornering.
Also, the HP is not any better, but that does not bother me.  The car has been
very reliable and that's why I am looking to get one for my fiance.

I not looking for anything out of the ordinary, just need a good daily
runner. 

BTW:She likes the 5k/100 body size(roomy).


So, I guess I am really asking if there is a >'86 5k/100 that would
handle better than mine?

Also, do quattro's and non-quattro's have different suspensions?

Any these I should know?
