Check for a ridge of rust either on the outermost or innermost edge of 
the rotor. If the pad never hits that area, a ridge and rust develops. If 
your pad wears/shifts, and is now hitting that area, you get this pretty 
awful noise. If not worn too terrible, should be able to machine off. If 
not, Front rotors for that are only about $35 each new anyway almost 
anywhere.

O2 SENSOR! Im not kidding here (and hey, I should kow!!) This is exactly 
whay I was seeing on mine, if you had an a/f meter on you would notice it 
leans way out when you lose the power. guaroneteeeed!
