Only when the !*(#&)*(!@&)!(*@&#(!*&@#!!!!! dealer forgot to replace
the hose on the plunger after replacing the valve cover gasket.

That was the quickest fix I ever did. 5 seconds to fix, about 30 more
minutes to convince myself that it really was the only problem.
