Hi Gang,

	Here's one for ya Robert, not to trivialize your harrowing experience.
About 20 years ago a buddy of mine and myself were driving southbound through
our lil' state on I-95 returning home from one of those mid-70's parties. We
were cruisin' at about 75mph semi-floggin' Ken's VW(letters often found in
conjunction with 4 circles on many parts in my AUDI) camper, when what do we 
encounter heading north bound in the middle of our 3 lane section of south
bound pavement. An AMC Hornet traveling at its terminal velocity trying to out-
run the fireball that is the whole rear of the poor SOB's car. He/She was 
leaving a beautiful trail of flames marking his progress down our lane. We 
never did hear what happened to the unfortunate Hornet jockey, but it sure did
shake us from our euphoria. At first glance from a mile away it looked like a 
fire in the middle of the road, groovy!!(remember 1975), but that camp fire in
the middle of the road was getting bigger by the second, and passed between us
and the car that was beside us as we both bailed for our respective sides of 
the interstate. These incidents will get your attention, and they do stick in
your mind.
