Its probably ok, The rule of thumb is, if it's not loud enough
that you can hear it with the radio on low and it's been doing it
since new..... Its probably gonna last a while. But if it starts
getting noiser, replace it immediately!!! Because it can hose up
stuff further down the fuel line. I've put 45k miles on a buzzing
pump with no problems. But I negotiated a Bosch fuel pump as part
of the deal when I bought my 89 100.... :-) Its still in the box.....

oh, almost forgot. A pump is around $200.- or so from aftermarket
places like PAP.....
