re: '89 200 TQ Fuel pump?

I assume the '89 200 TQ probably uses the same fuel pump as my 87 CSTQ.  I 
just replaced it (cost $163 at Halsey Imports) to cure an ever-louder 
whine/buzz.  OTOH, it had been noisy for more than a year before that, so I 
don't think the noise necessarily indicates imminent failure.  The car does 
seem to run stronger with the new, silent pump, so it may be that the fuel 
pressure was a little low before.
