Graydon mentioned parts vendors on the Talon list.  The rule there is 
that if they contribute to the list, and don't try to be pushy with the 
sell, they are allowed on. On example is a guy named Steve from S. Cal.  
Runs a shop by the name of DSS.  He will often times contribute on 
problems plus he sells aftermarket stuff fairly cheap (he offers a list 
discount of around 10-15%).  Dave Bushur ('91 Talon TSI AWD, 11.5@120mph 
w/o nitrous, 11.3@124mph w/ 70 hp nitrous) also is in a similar 
situation.  No discount, but his prices are already low enough already.

Overall, they can help a lot if they are not too pushy, then again, with 
guys like Scott on this list, maybe all you need is a discount on 
performance goodies?

BTW, I'm still looking for an Audi.
